Well, it's not. But since we are all linux users we can use it as 2
different harddisks and write a small shell script to run
rdiff-backup --many-options (let me know if you want mine)
sync
hdparm -S /dev/sdb

I do it on my laptop and external usb hdd. Cheap and convenient ;-)
