I think the position is more appropriate for those Linux System Engineers
with 3-5 years experience in Linux Kernel, storage area, and knowing something
about encryption theory would be particularly preferred;

FibreChannel或文件系统级)有了解，(能说得清bio是什么？在inode_operations里面有哪些操作分别是
做什么用的？等等) 初步考虑也许在FUSE之上做加密能在userspace层次全搞定、也许FUSE不够的话得做内核态
