BTW, while late night sneak reading from my son-in-law's computer library I read how ARM cpus were developed by a company called VLSI (very large scale integration). I believe they were once a Minnesota company in the days of Control Data and the super computer company ETA. It would be really nice to see some new hardware technology emerge.
