Hey Steverino! Your way worked! I started with 3 cold eggs in cold water, but first used a multicolored pushpin to poke the holes - the kind used on bulletin boards. I was scared at first, afraid it would crack, but soon I made 2 perfect holes in 2 of them and one in the other. I simmered them for 12 minutes, happy to see air bubble from the holes, then cooled them down with ice cubes. I was like a kid on Xmas morn waiting to peel them. The one with only one hole was a little stubborn, but the two with two holes slipped out of their shells pristine and easy-peasy. I'm going to make beautiful deviled eggs for the party tomorrow. Yep, we're getting ready for some big doings over here. I think it has something to do with whether Taylor and Travis will get married at Madison Square Garden..... What's happening over there? v -- https://www.thefarside.com/
