I'll spell that out so even he can understand it: 

He said that "if atheist, then pro vax," 

In logic, though, "If A then B"  is not necessarily the same as "If B
then A", 

so Andrew's syllogism: 

"If pro vax, then atheist"  does not follow.  

In even simpler terms, Andrew concluded that someone must be an
atheist if they're pro vax, since according to him all atheists are
pro vax, but this neglects the possibility that other groups (not
necessarily atheists) are also pro-vax, so the individual under
consideration could belong one of those other groups.
