I think that Usenet will be around forever!  For starters, nearly every 
other media site (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, etc.) is moderated, and 
Usenet is, to an extent, also moderated, but to get kicked from Usenet 
requires something more offensive than just expressing ones ideas, even 
if such is vitriolic.
