There's nothing fantastically complex about it; DNA uses four
nucleotides  (A,T,G, and C), so it's "quaternary," and "digital"
because the nucleotides are discrete rather than run together.
Certainly there's nothing that would require a super-calculating
super-intellect to create it.

Babbling the word "information" doesn't make your god-did-it
"explanation" any more likely.
