As someone who promotes panspermia it's amazing you dont understand
the consquences -- i.e. life got everywhere v fast.
I.e. soon in the early universe people got to travelling around
and colonised everywhere that was colonizable.
You dont have to look for aliens around some remote star.
They are here already.

If you make movies out of space telescope images and dig down into
the 24 bits of grey levels you can see things moving around all
over all the time.

Sure, a lot of that will be rocks and nearby beer tins.
But some of it is moving way faster than orbital speeds in
the wrong directions. The only way that can continue to hang around
our solar system is (a) intelligent control, (b) some law of nature
we dont know yet.
