Since Will lives in Columbus, GA, and since Columbus has exceedingly high rates of crime and unemployment, one can assume that its reputation is well-deserved. The homeless camps along RiverWalk are well-documented (there are dozens of news reports regarding it posted on youtube). Also well documented, is the discarded blue tarp "tent" that Stinky George called home for several years. Here's a picture of Will Donkey visiting Stinky's home... and relieving himself in the yard.
