There was no way to accurately measure the circulation as there were no subscriptions, no sales since it was free, and they just dumped a pile in every bar for drunks to bury their faces and shame in. > I delivered a similar rag for extra money while in college . It was more like dumping than delivering, as there was no set number of copies for each stop, just dump them in the rack and go to the next drop rinse and repeat. Don't bring any back. Circulation was all smoke and mirrors, with advertising rates based on grossly inflated reader numbers . Unfortunately for the fish, they didn't have any say in the matter. And if they weren't already dead, getting themselves wrapped up in "Playgrounds" would have killed them.
