Did the money go to Happy Homes Animal Rescue? Every penny of it. 

They get 480 cans a month of wet kitten food, (the discount I get on the 
cans is astonishing), about $1500.00 from my workplace in grants from my 
employer and another $1872.00 in matched funds. (Half me, half match). 
Plus they get my gift card money from platelet donations.
