The Donkeytits Emporium North appears to have no known basis in fact.  It does, however, form a humorous parallel to the Bait Store where Sarah Donkeytits hawks Will:s chapbooks -- Dunce, being Will's publisher, opened a local branch in an attempt to move his backlog of books.
