George J. Dunce is a misogynist, and starts frothing at the mouth whenever a woman appears to be more intelligent, more talented, or better educated than himself.  Since NancyGene is all three of these things, her existence is anathema to him.  IIRC, Dunce often flew into a tizzy attacking Gwyneth and ME as well.  I suspect that Karla was on his lits o hate as well.
