seven score seasons

Taliesin had his "seven score muses", which I take to mean
140 lunar months, or about the number of months in an
11-year sunspot cycle, and which I believe was the time
between his sun stare and his release from his low years.

But in my case I am now approaching 35 years since my
sun stare, and that is seven score seasons. I expected
between 33 years and 34 years but I think the recent
sunspot cycle has lasted longer than usual.

Taliesin’s seven score muses correspond to a low/working
years period of seven years, and I expected a low/working
year period of 29 years (7 years plus two 11-year sunspot
cycles) but have now gone more than 30.6 years, so I
round up to 31 years, again I hope because the latest
sunspot cycle has gone longer than usual. The seven
years period shows up explicitly for a number of other
figures such as Amergin, Fionn, Buddha, Thomas the
Rhymer, the hero of Tam LIn, and Cu Chulainn. For
Jesus it was three years, and for Rama 14 years
(three years plus an 11-year sunspot cycle). Hopefully
I won’t have to go 36 years (3 years plus 3 sunspot cycles),
when measured from my sun stare would be 40 years.

Anyway, just some late night rambling, but maybe
when my creative flow returns I will incorporate
“seven score seasons” in a poem or song, though
I don’t have poetry special ability like Taliesin or
music special ability like Krishna, my equivalent
is matchmaker (and Jesus’s was healer).
