Then I am saddened by the UK's uncharacteristic dumping of 
tradition but delighted by the preservation of the proper use of 
66 and 99 quotes elsewhere in the world, although presumably in 
New South Wales you use ‟99 ɐup 66 dnoʇǝs”?
