Cal is the "Land Of Disasters" - fire, quakes, mud, drought,
and now unchecked homeless junkie loons, gangstas and
   DEI 'leadership'.

From about 1935 it was growing so fast that there was cash
to DEAL with everything. No longer - it's in economic and
   'spiritual' decline.

Ok, hardly JUST Cal ... but Cal's the worst example.
The whole USA hasn't been in the black since WHEN ???

As such, the old equations insurers used are no good
anymore. They either have to drop most everybody or
charge them more than most can bear. The industry
sees major risks - KNEW of the fire potential Newsom
   ignored.

The past weeks apocalypse, esp involving the higher-
value real estate .... that's the END baby.

They'd already dropped a LOT of people - I even posted
on that a few months ago - but this mess is gonna be a
hammer blow and like nobody's gonna get insurance now.

Inflated property/housing prices ... insurers can only
LOSE money in case of even small disasters, much less
anything on this scale. In the end, biz IS The Numbers -
ideology or magic wands can't get you around them.

   Spring, it's gonna be mud-slides.

Note that The BIG One is overdue now as well ...

SO ... they've gotta come up with SOMETHING ELSE.
Some kind of 'insurance' is absolutely required
both for individuals and biz. Sorry, but there's
gonna have to be some kind of heavily govt-funded
thing here now ... and not just in Cal. Maybe
govt/FEMA can underwrite, and just hire private
   insurers as the pencil-pushers ?

Let private insurance cover burglars stealing
yer new Walkman and cable-ready TV ....

   New era, new realities.

Get it done QUICK guys - time's up.
