Interesting. Tim appears to have been running: ForteAgent/8.00.32.1272 -- 
you're running Forte Agent 5.00/32.1171 -- if I'm interpreting that right, 
they're both 32-bit, so if it works for you, I guess it should work for him 
as well. 

It's a bloody pain having to change software, especially when you've been 
using the same program for a long time.
