Before that evolution Elon Musk has no special abilities.
After the evolution he will have navigator special ability.

Before the evolution Grimes has no special abilities.

herself or other, but will not have precog special ability.

Before and after the evolution Ashley St. Clair has card
divination (e.g. tarot) for determining the best course of action
for herself or other, but will not have precog special ability.

Before and after the evolution Dua Lipa has (waking
meditative) backcog (up to one year in the past)
special ability, which would be useful e.g. in crime
scene investigation.

Since I have failed many times in trying to instigate
the evolution, the last two are more reliable than
the previous two.
