Everyone has SMS and MMSes with their cell phones hence why > they're useful. :( Everyone? Not for MMS. It's been many, many years since I've seen an MMS. MMS was (still is?) very expensive and never included in bundles. Like you're experiencing it's not reliable. Plus other issues which affect SMS as well. Hence, MMS is not usable and why other solutions were found.
