2Co 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

Pro 3:7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Pro 3:8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

Doing so in the walk of faith believing gives one rest to the soul and peace 
of mind.
