The scribe opened their chest and felt the warmth of the fire within. They
picked up a fistful of notes and touched them to the flames, and the anxiously-
scrawled limits and restrictions burst into light and heat.

They held up the fire, closing their chest carefully, and headed off into the
dark, to see what they could illuminate...
