Another user reporting the same prompt, but they say there is an exit or
bypass method.  The popup is outside the CCleaner window (so you can
still hit the Run button) *if* you don't fullscreen the CCleaner window.

Unless you want to keep having to circumvent the ad popup, you'll have
to use something else, or kill its outbound connections as already
mentioned.  Avast turned CCleaner into adware: whenever Avast wants to
push another marketing campaign, users get afflicted.
