Thanks for the freemyip link, Allan. This really is a good resource.

If you change the .rsd suffix to .cvs, then open it in your favorite 
office suite (which might prompt for a delimiter - choose tab if it 
does) it will open as a spreadsheet. Nice and neat.

Which you can then save it out to a .odt or .xls file, etc.
