Belarc Advisor builds a detailed profile of your installed software and 
hardware, network inventory, any missing Microsoft hotfixes, anti-virus 
status, security benchmarks, and displays the results in your Web browser.

It does not show you "Exactly What's On Your Computer".

Belarc Advisor shines for inventory purposes before installs and 
reinstalls. While it is rather good for this purpose it may miss some 
software such as portable apps and older software or it did last time I 
used it. Nevertheless it's a good starting point but if you are going to 
rely on the inventory check it carefully before doing anything permanent.
