Just pat him on the head and say there there now those nice people at 
the NSA will keep it safe for him until Quantum computing makes

I know, they aren't supposed to open stuff that belongs to US nationals 
but how are they supposed to know his personal stash is hidden in an 
anonymous video file owned by US citizen with nationality denial issues.
