FYI, additional info about it... Download is only 153KB ZIP-ed. 548KB EXE after extraction. No installation required. Minimum OS: Windows 95. May work in Windows 3.x with Win32s (untested). Lightweight even for Windows 95 scale. No runtime library dependency. Compact GUI and doesn't waste screen space. Settings are saved in registry. Thus not portable, unfortunately.
