I got 13 Malicious at VirusTotal just moments ago. None of the AVs
that alarmed on it were name brands. There was 4 Unsupported alarms.
Those also were nobody AVs.

So, 65 of the AVs, including all the big names like Avast, Kaspersky,
etc., did not alarm.

I doubt if it really is a malicious download, but I'd pass on it just
to be safe.  You gotta have some limitation on the number of Malicious
findings whether name brand AVs or not.
