How are we supposed to trust your opinion when in earlier posts you say 
you have recovered your PC using imaging 'saving my XP a few times'.

I haven't used this kinda snake oil in over ten years and I haven't used 
imaging once on any of my machines for recovery. That was not my 
experience before that when 'cleaning' did seem to be linked to system 
failures at worst or odd occurrences requiring an application reinstall, 
lost license recovery or such incident on occasion. I've had nothing 
like that that happen since. The only issue I recall was with Windows 
Defender an incident which hit a lot of people which was caused by a 
Windows update.

IMO your recommendations often could not even be classed as benign. 
Rash, uninformed, even hazardous tittle tattle seems a more accurate 
description.
