Long-term storage!! I dunno when I will or might use it again.

Isn't it safer to discharge all energy before
leaving or disposing of rechargeable batteries?

I indeed worries about fire risks storing stuffs
with internal rechargeable battery, notably
self ignition or spontaneous combusion without
flame nor heat. Think hot weather!!
