Windows 11 non stampa più

Ho 2 stampanti collegate, ma non vanno più.
Ho provato a riavviare il pool di stampa così:

net stop spooler

del C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS\*.*

net start spooler

ma non ho risolto.
Cos'altro posso fare?
