That would apply to every computer sold today.
They all have Chinese parts.

And Lenovo is a multinational company with a lot of
presence in the USA.  Their tech support is USA based.

The last two Lenovo's customers of mine bought
were assembled in Mexico.  They spend two days in
customs.  More than enough time to teach them our
customs: blue jeans, hamburger, etc..
