I can see you don't like latency for some reason, but are you the same guy
who argued that the word used in technical privacy discussions is "delay"?

was, knows absolutely nothing about the use of latency in privacy.

If that was not you, you *still* show zero knowledge of the use of latency.

well-verified use of latency in privacy so before you respond to this,
