I am interested in portable audio or video or audiovisual recorders
which are smaller than a tablet and whose recordings can be easily
backed up onto a computer e.g. to the Internet with live streaming and
which can run without occupying my hands.

A friend recommends me to buy Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses. Are they any good? 
They need a mobile telephone (supposedly - I suspect that a tablet might 
work: but expensive phones and computers get robbed) and a Meta account.

Do you know if any manufacturers make rival products (preferrably without 
needing a mobile phone without needing a tablet without needing Meta)?

This friend did not say this particular model. I note

so an old model is probably better.

P.S. On 21st July 2026 I visited a nice optician. He does not sell any
such camera, but he showed me an impressive recording which he said is
made via Even Realities but
