PRIME B760M-A WiFi with or without D4

  On the box of my mainboard it says
"ASUS Prime B760 M-A Wifi"

And i just noticed that i was downloading BIOS (1661) and all the 
drivers for an
ASUS Prime B760 M-A Wifi D4

My processor is an Intel I7 14700k
everything seems to work at intel default settings though i had some 
instability problems which aparantly were solved with the latest nVidia 
drivers of my RTX 1470 card.

BUT WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE between these 2 boards?? Should i flash BIOS 
all over again or do they have identical UEFI-Firmware/BIOS?
What is the "D4"?
