A thing like that should be configurable without recompilation.

Thanks, indeed.  I used the wrong search terms while looking for it.
Unfortunately, this setting affects only the first feature -- a mini
menu with common commands, but the netiquette reminder is always there.
Is that why you said "claims"? I think I will report his as a bug...
