Proposing alt.anime.creative

I am proposing the creation of alt.anime.creative as an unmoderated
replacement for the rec.arts.anime.creative newsgroup which has been
effectively killed by lack of a moderator.  Assigning a new moderator
team for rec.arts.anime.creative or creating
rec.arts.anime.creative.unmoderated would also be acceptable, but
there's more process involved in that, so I'm proposing an alt group.
There's enormous amounts of relevant content being produced on several
web sites, and I could seed the group by posting old articles from
rec.arts.anime.creative or stories from the popular websites reformatted
to Usenet-friendly plain text.
