Add Patrolman L.L. Hill.  Not exactly a witness, but he was the only one of the five policemen who first reported from the depository area who did NOT testify at the hearings.  Why?   Clyde Haygood "replaced" him, assuming credit for the 12:37 transmission re James Tague and "the second window from the end", at the hearings and on the Henslee transcription of the DPD radio logs.  The Warren Report actually reinstated Hill as the 12:37 speaker!  Note that Carolyn Walther, in your montage, elsewhere said that the window at which she saw these two suspicious men was on a floor LOWER than the sixth--the second window from the end on the next floor down was open... The DPD must have had good reason for "losing" both Hill and his witness, whom I believe was Bob Jackson.  Good enough reason...
