Is this Cartoon Racist?

I don't think so. Noodtoonist himself admitted that he isn't quite
familiar with an University setting.

But one of the things that he has omitted from the comic is the fact
that universities in Australia there are students from many countries
that go to school there. This includes Muslims and people from other
countries who are even more against nudity than people in the West are
(although there's fewer Indians now with all the racist attacks).

So imagine the shock they must feel from all these students getting
nude on campus. Perhaps they would even feel forced to leave (which
many in Australia would think is a good idea).  Indeed they might feel
more traumatized by this than even Marcia.

As Australia (as well as other Western Countries) receive more and
more immigrants from Muslim countries the tolerance for public nudity
will be even far less.  It would be interesting to see Noodtoonist put
that factor into his story.
