OK, that wasn’t true, but I began a new attempt last night as
described on the thread “Candle Magic” on alt.religion.druid,
and that popthrough, which includes binding of criminals,
was applied at the following times:

Turtle Island -- 0027 UTC February 3, 2024.

I think the South and Central Americas one has also been
applied, but the Quetzalcoatl one will take a good while longer
(maybe four more hours?) since the order is by decreasing
number of living who are covered by each healing circle
prescription subworking.

Of course some on here were also covered by the Jesus
popthrough, and at belief strength, not just 1/5 strength,
and that is true for many settlers as well.
