That was not true.

However it has recently been applied.

That has been changed; the popthrough hcp sub consequences
are now all those of the original working, including warning
signs and selective cull, though that is unlikely to kick in before my
post-popthroughs [HCP] update is done, but it might if a criminal
ignores warning signs and persists in trying to do major or extreme
crime.

Moreover, those ordained to priest level or equivalent (which
includes most imams and some mullahs) but not higher
should now have confession divination ability and should
be able to intuit a criminal’s healing circle prescription and
intuit if it is “rubber stamped” by Allah, and what portion of
it is due to the Mohammed popthrough hcp sub (though
note that popthrough hcp subs may overlap/reinforce),
and if a criminal’s death is due to the Mohammed popthrough
(again noting the overlap between popthroughs and the
probable overlap between popthroughs and my later [HCP]).

The Mohammed popthrough hcp sub doesn’t cover many
Jews, and the ones it does it covers at 1/5 strength, but
the Jacob popthrough should be applied soon.
