The SEC3 website and its valuable collection of YAMN resources recently became unavailable. For years, the SEC3 site provided practical information about YAMN clients, remailer installation, pinger operation, Tor transport and related privacy technologies. When those pages went offline, an important part of the operational memory surrounding YAMN became difficult to access. The Victor portal at yamn.virebent.art (https://yamn.virebent.art/) has now been expanded to help fill that gap. Our role is to preserve and reorganize this knowledge, maintain proper SEC3 attribution, clearly identify historical instructions, and avoid presenting obsolete links. The portal also looks forward. Alongside documentation for the existing YAMN network, it introduces the Modern YAMN direction through two complementary projects: Yamnweb + Nym, which explores a protected network-side submission path, and Mixfit, which modernizes local packet construction and client usability. Our goal is to make yamn.virebent.art a dependable starting point for YAMN documentation, history, network observations, installation guides and future development. It is not intended to become a central authority over the network. YAMN remains an independent and distributed ecosystem, but its knowledge needs stable, maintained and verifiable places where it can remain publicly available.
