German psychiatry and courts was: Re: Psychiatrists

In germany the courts can by the suggestion of psychiatrists make court 
orders that will lock you away for years in regular psychiatries without 
an attorney if the psychiatrists without evidence tells the courts that 
you are either mentally disabled, or a threat to yourself or others.
But if you committed a so called crime in a mentally ill state of mind, 
you can be locked up for decades in forensic psychitries.
I now of a case where a guy sent a bomb-dummy (some wires with a lot of 
other trash) to some officials and was therefor detained in the forensic 
psychiatry, or some marijuana dealers because they were supposedly 
psychotic while dealing and other shit....
