'C', there's nada wrong with that or with the advances they make, it just  
being a shame then and kinda ironic that cancer rates ares still rising?

it used to be 1 in 3 that would get cancer, NOW it's 1 in 2!

iow: 50% (half!) of us will now get the big 'C' in our own lifetime,  
and/or definitely know someone who does!

what galls me, however, is why you prefer to sing their praises for  
finding new cures instead of shaking your fist at them for causing the  
problem in the first place?? this being like cheering science-on for  
inventing something as deadly as nerve gas!

i.e., science CREATED all these new cancers and cancer-rate and is  
ultimately responsible for them, and yet you prefer to ignore ALL that and  
instead wave a flag for their cures???

this surely being the result of propaganda working its magic upon  
simple-minded people like you, people who SHOULD be angry at science for  
causing the problem instead of kissing its arse for coming-up with cures  
for problems IT created in the first place!?

i.e., when a person loves science just for its own sake, as you appear to,  
then that's being just another unthinking cult-follower of 'Scientism' -  
it's the new religion! - whoo-hoo!

don't be a sucker all your life sport, try to question things occasionally  
or next thing ya know you'll be avidly watching the skies for flying  
saucers along with the rest of those religious nutters too lol (ya seen  
one cult ya seen 'em all, and they's all the same) :)
