the financial times typically being the only oner to raise the crucial  
question of:

what did putin mean by "only if it addresses the root cause of their  
invasion" (iow: the collapse of the minsk agreement)

every single other news source & agency deliberately discussing anything  
else BUT that?

what a coincidence! (not)

the truth being that WE took minsk off the table, NOT russia!

and either we 'admit' that and return to the negotiations involved, or it  
goes no farther!

what WILL we do i wonder??

because to reopen minsk leads to peace...

not to leads to war.

(thus we'll know exactly what's gonna happen depending on the outcome)
