That's the deal.

If you wanted off the drugs, you'd be off.

Since you don't want off the drugs, you should get all you can handle so 
you just die and be done with it.  Your body goes in the pile with all 
the others and gets burned.  The ashes get dumped in a creek bed 
somewhere.
