This is an alternative therapy to just going cold turkey. You need to do: *Ketamine (R- or S-isomer does not matter) for four days. *Then you continue with Alimemazine (”Theralen”, etc.) and Hydroxyzine (”Atarax”, etc.) for the rest of the week. It works best against painkillers with a short half-life, like heroin. For longer-acting painkillers, like methadone or buprenorphine, day five and so on will be hellish. Move over to something else first, or do ibogaine. Benzodiazepines don't really work. However… This therapy could also be effective if you are doing a slow taper of benzodiazepines. Please do not become addicted to the ketamine in the process. Good luck, my friends.
