I Unlooped My HU Card

I finally figured out how to unloop my football card, now I get no 
picture and no sound. My satellite dish is aimed correctly. I called 
Dave and said please send me a new card, my old one wont play a TV show.
Then I told them I burned my scrotum and now I have an ice pack on it. 
The lady said that doesnt qualify me for a better deal, and she hopes my 
burned balls get better soon, and I dont get a new card cause I havent 
had an account since my H card was killed on Black Sunday. I asked the 
lady can they send me a bootloader and instructions, she called me a 
dildo and hung up. No free TV today.
