The dream I had with unleashed electricity was one of urban warfare. 
The mayor sent four thugs to round me up but I gave them 
electro-magnetical hell instead.  I was zapping chain link fences and 
frying thugs.  I was throwing fenceposts.  After I woke up, I was hiding 
under my bed because I knew I should be in trouble.  I think I may have 
burst a capacitor because I haven't had such a dream again for yrs.

Dream interpretation is fairly complex.  I used to have a book from the 
60s that associated dream items with meaning to the dreamer.  But it's 
not usually a direct translation like you seem to be doing.  You can 
consult a psychic near the university.
