The mayor sent four thugs to round me up but I gave them electro-magnetical hell instead. I was zapping chain link fences and frying thugs. I was throwing fenceposts. After I woke up, I was hiding under my bed because I knew I should be in trouble. I think I may have burst a capacitor because I haven't had such a dream again for yrs. Dream interpretation is fairly complex. I used to have a book from the 60s that associated dream items with meaning to the dreamer. But it's not usually a direct translation like you seem to be doing. You can consult a psychic near the university.
