Cashing, sorry, caching is not just don't
by the web browser and the web server.
The operating system might cache disk
reads and writes to speed things up.
The memory of the O.S. might also
caches things. UNLESS, you enforce
no caching in both the programs, the
OS, device drivers, AND THE HARDWARE
(including the CPU aka Cental
Procesing Unit)!!
Users don't usually have the options
nor means to disable ALL caching.
Think shipping and cargos. "buffer"
and "cache" are old words.
