This is apparently the largest floating crane on the east coast. The PROBLEM though is WHERE TO START ??? The steel bridge sections are HUGE and kinda folded and coiled around each other. It's like a game of Pick-up-Sticks, pull on the wrong place and the whole thing is likely to move violently, endangering all nearby. They don't need a huge crane ALSO at the bottom of the channel .... Perhaps the best tact is to skip trying to "cut off bits at a time" ??? Use drones - air and underwater - to place explosive charges on each sub-section and then cut the thing to bits all at the same instant while keeping everybody FAR away. THEN the crane can pull up each smaller section with far less risk of 'interactions'.
